This is a Seamix bowl I made and footed. I like the shape of this bowl and the color. I glazed it with white and black as well as a dark blue color. The inside is just white.

This is a mug I made out of seamix for my Dad. I like the shape of this mug, it has more curves than the other mugs I have made and I think that makes it easier to hold. I was able to foot this mug and attached a handle. Although this shape would have been a good handle-less mug. There is some extra glaze on the foot ring but that was grinded after the pictures where taken. I again used the white and black color to make blue.
This is a mug I made for Kendra, when I was moving it off of the the bat it got a little squished but she still wanted it. She said it had character. I was able to foot this mug and attach a handle. I glazed it with white and black.
This is a vashon white vase, I tried to use red and yellow slip. It didn't show up how I want and the yellow slip looks similar to the red slip once fired. But, I still want to work more with slip. I glazed the outside clear and then glazed the inside with black and white.
This is a chunky, medium sized vase I made from mixed clay. I used red clay and seamix. Since the color showed up more on the outside than the inside, I glazed the inside with black and white. Since the black is a scrap black adding white to it will result in a blue color. I love this blue color because I feel like it has a lot of depth. It isn't the whole piece that turns blue, but rather specifically parts of it. There are some areas that still have a lot of black, some with some white, and others with varying shades of blue. It's one of my go to colors and favorites. This piece does have a foot ring on it.
This is another project made from cone 10 clay. It was going to be a little vase or a cup, but due to the glaze, it turned into more of a tester. The glaze was supposed to be either this turquoise color or a maroon color. At first it was fired in the bisque glaze firing, it became completely the turquoise color. After putting it through the gas kiln though, it kept it's turquoise color but didn't turn out expected. The glaze is missing in some places and it seems to have bubbled creating a texture in some areas as well. It has a foot ring on it.
This is a small handle-less teacup I made out of cone 10 clay. I glazed it with a glaze called oatmeal which I really like. The way it looks and layered turned out nicely. I plan to throw more projects from cone 10 clay because I love the glazes. It is also becoming easier to throw with this type of clay.
This is a large bowl made from vashon white. I was able to foot this project. I glazed it with dark blue and white on the top half as well as on the inside of the bowl. It's a nice sized bowl, but I wish the glaze was darker and had layered nicer. It's not as thick as I wish it was.
This is another frankenpot I made from seamix and then painted red slip on it. It is three pieces. I glazed the outside with clear and the inside has dark cobalt with some white. It is about 13.5 inches tall. It is a little heavy on the bottom so I should work on pulling up the base more or trimming it some more.
